Fees and Information:
Fountain Counseling does not accept insurance but is glad to provide you with a super bill or receipt of services. Please check with your insurance plan to see if you are eligible for out of network reimbursement.
Fees are $150 per 50 minute session. All major credit cards, personal checks, or cash are accepted.
Reduced rate services are available on a limited basis.
